All rates are intended with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The
local tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be
€ 2,50 per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.

Arrival/departure
The rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Cancellation
Things happen. Nevertheless, it's still too bad for everyone when someone doesn't arrive and the rooms stay vacant although others would have gladly occupied them. Please inform us as soon as possible!
Cancellation does not only sound unpleasant, it is unpleasant for you and for us. We therefore ask for your understanding that in case of cancellation we charge the confirmation deposit. When cancelling up to 30 days before arrival day, we charge the total price. If we receive another booking for the room, we only charge the confirmation deposit.
Early departure/Late arrival
In the cases of early departure or late arrival, the full rates for the days spent at Paalhof and the full quoted rate for the remainder of the stay will be charged.
